Defective or damaged products
If your insoles arrive defective or damaged, we'll provide a full refund. Contact us in writing with photos within 10 days of delivery at orders@posturepro.co.
Size doesn't fit
You can return insoles within 10 days if the size doesn't work for you. The insoles must be in perfect condition and suitable for resale. We do not cover return shipping costs.
What we cannot accept
We cannot accept returns on apparel or mouth appliances (Functional Activators). Items that have been worn or damaged beyond resale condition cannot be refunded.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, we process the refund to your original payment method within 24 hours. Your bank or payment provider may take 2 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.
